In order to enjoy exhibitions and sales in a pleasant atmosphere, we have established some rules,
We have established a few rules to ensure that we can all enjoy exhibiting and selling our products in a pleasant environment.
By submitting an application, you agree to the following rules,

## 1. how to use the gallery

This gallery can be used as a place to exhibit and sell art works such as photographs, illustrations, and paintings.
You may apply regardless of whether you are a commercial or noncommercial exhibitor, but we reserve the right to refuse your application depending on the content of your exhibit.

## 2. About application

* If you wish to exhibit, please apply in advance using the application form or the designated method.
* We will confirm the works to be exhibited and your profile (to be published in our media VETHEL).
* We reserve the right to refuse the following types of content:
　- Expressions that are offensive to public order and morals
　- Unauthorized use of another person's work
　- Extremely fragile or dangerous works

## 3. Exhibition Period and Hours

* Exhibition duration and schedule for move-in and move-out will be decided upon prior consultation.
* Please remove your work in time so as not to interfere with the next exhibit, the event taking place, or the café's operation.
* Please be aware that during the exhibition period, we may have to temporarily remove the artwork if a closed event is taking place.
* During the exhibition period, if there is an event taking place that may come in contact with the artwork, the artwork may be protected with black cloth.
* Please be advised that if an event is taking place, the operation of the event will take priority and you may not be able to view the gallery.

## 4. Usage and Sales Fees

* A predetermined fee will be charged for the use of the gallery space (details to be provided separately).
* If exhibited works are sold, 25% of the sales price (excluding tax) will be charged as a sales commission. (Example: sales price 11,000 yen/tax included → main body price 10,000 yen x 25% = commission 2,500 yen, the amount passed on to the artist will be 7,500 yen plus consumption tax).
* The artist, as the selling entity, is responsible for reporting and paying consumption tax.
* Settlement of sales will be made in the prescribed manner after the exhibition.
* Cancellation must be notified at least 10 days prior to the start of the exhibition. After that date, a cancellation fee may be charged.
* The works will be accounted for at our cashier. Please issue an invoice in accordance with the terms and conditions at a later date.

## 5. Management of artwork

* Artists are responsible for the care of their artwork while it is on display.
* The gallery is not responsible for any damage, theft, defacement, etc.
* In the event of damage to gallery facilities or equipment, you may be asked to pay the actual cost of the damage.

## 6. Prohibitions

Please refrain from the following acts:
* Acts that disturb other exhibitors or visitors.
* Production of noise, smell, fire, etc. that may cause uneasiness in the exhibition
* Acts that infringe on the rights of others (unauthorized reproduction, plagiarism, etc.)
* Unauthorized subletting of space
* Other acts that are deemed to interfere with the operation of the exhibition

## 7. Publicity and Photography

* The exhibition may be introduced on the gallery's social networking sites and website.
* Artists are welcome to take and transmit their own photos, but please be considerate of other exhibitors and visitors in the photos.

## 8. Cancellation or trouble with the exhibition

The exhibition may be cancelled or changed due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or outbreaks of infectious diseases. We will consult with each exhibitor individually to determine the best course of action, but no compensation will be provided.

## 9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The contents of these terms and conditions are subject to change as necessary. Any changes will be notified on the website or by e-mail in advance.
