*Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the regular price.
*Cancellations made within 14 days (2 weeks) of the event date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the regular price.
*Cancellations made on or after the day before the event date will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the regular price.
